The Run-Down

So I've been communicating with Kacy Albany, who just finished her student teaching at Richardsville, and she has given me lots of GREAT information about what my typical day will look like!

7:10am - Arrive at the school

7:30am - 7:55am - Town Hall (daily meeting with all the students/teachers)

7:55am - 8:15am - Break/Prep for classes

8:15am - 9:00am - 1st Grade

9:00am - 9:45am - 2nd Grade

9:45am - 10:00am - BREAK

10:00am - 10:45am - 3rd Grade

10:45am - 11:15am - Planning (Lunch if I want - Mrs. Thurman eats during this time)

11:15am - 12:00pm - Kindergarten

12:00pm - 12:30pm - LUNCH (Mrs. T uses this for her planning)
12:30pm - 1:15pm - 6th Grade (This is described as WILD)

1:15pm - 2:00pm - 4th Grade

2:00pm-2:45pm - 5th Grade

As you can see my days will be incredibly packed, but filled with a lot of exciting things!

Also -- I have to wear a Visitors tag everyday I'm there -- fancy? definitely.
